Easily make pizza rolls at home for the fraction of the cost of store bought.
One of our favorite snack foods are pizza rolls, and they can be expensive nearly $10 (or more) for less than 100 tiny little rolls that aren’t as good for you. So why not make some out of crescent rolls? Not only are they bigger and more filling but healthier because you’re baking them. You can modify this recipe to suit your nutritional and dietary needs there are also many other ways to make these switching the cheese, not adding sauce etc.
I love cheese and pepperoni so I make sure to add lots of it to my rolls, the kids love them and you can feel good about serving your family a “better for you” snack.
1 tub of crescent rolls
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 375
Roll out your rolls on a flat surface and cut them all individually
Add your sauce, cheese, and pepperoni
Roll back up into a roll
Place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown
Warm butter in a microwave-safe bowl with Italian seasoning and garlic mix.
Once golden brown coat the top of the rolls with the butter seasoning mix
