Healthy eating for breakfast with al fresco chicken sausage!

I’ve never had chicken sausage before today and I might say; I may never go back to pork sausage again! Bacon (I used maple flavored bacon)
al fresco Chicken Sausage (I used Country Style and Apple Maple)
Salt & Pepper for taste
Cook your bacon first; cook to personal preference. (I cooked mine in the microwave.)
While your bacon is cooking crack your eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Add salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
Start cooking your sausage; cook until done.
Once your sausage and bacon are cooked to perfection chop up into bite-sized pieces. Set aside until you’re ready to cook your eggs.
Now, cook your eggs; make sure they are cooked thoroughly. Add your cheese; bacon and sausage to your omelet and fold. Remove from heat when browned and serve.
Add additional cheese or other toppings and enjoy!
