Healthy eating for breakfast with al fresco chicken sausage!
Al Fresco was founded in 1994, out of the idea that “good for you” foods shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. Today, al fresco is the #1 chicken sausage brand in the US with 20 exciting flavors of gourmet chicken products. Each chicken product is made with 70% less fat than pork sausage; it is also free of gluten, nitrates, preservatives and artificial ingredients. Al Fresco has been family owned and operated since 1909.
I’ve never had chicken sausage before today and I might say; I may never go back to pork sausage again! The Al Fresco chicken sausage are deliciously good; they taste no different than regular sausage and might I add so much better for you! If you’re looking for a way to start the new year off right by eating healthy at breakfast (might I add the more important meal of the day!) al fresco chicken sausages are the best way to do so. They are especially good for those who need gluten-free foods but still enjoy a hearty breakfast. Right now until the end of January, when you buy two packages of al fresco chicken sausages at any stores you’ll receive a free carton of eggs!

Here is my recipe creation for the contest, I hope you enter the contest as well and share it with all your friends. Al Fresco chicken sausage makes breakfast 10 times healthier and more delicious than ever!
Bacon (I used maple flavored bacon)
al fresco Chicken Sausage (I used Country Style and Apple Maple)
Salt & Pepper for taste
Cook your bacon first; cook to personal preference. (I cooked mine in the microwave.)
While your bacon is cooking crack your eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Add salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
Start cooking your sausage; cook until done.
Once your sausage and bacon are cooked to perfection chop up into bite-sized pieces. Set aside until you’re ready to cook your eggs.
Now, cook your eggs; make sure they are cooked thoroughly. Add your cheese; bacon and sausage to your omelet and fold. Remove from heat when browned and serve.
Add additional cheese or other toppings and enjoy!
You’ve just created a delicious and healthy breakfast in a matter of 15 minutes
